Advice for users of the Vitality Health Suite:


• If possible bring a friend along to the spa pool session
• Remove all jewellery, watches, glasses and contact lenses
• Strictly no phones or devices allowed in the health suite
• Flip flops MUST be worn to and from the health suite. Flip flops and sliders are available for purchase from Main Reception
• Shower before use to remove soap and use toilet in advance
• Enter and exit the spa pool and plunge pool with care using the handrail provided
• Do not exceed 10-15 minutes in extreme high/low temperatues
• Drink plenty of water
• Relax after use, then cool down, shower and towel dry.
• Leave the spa immediatley if feeling nauseous, giddy or faint.

Do not use Steam Room if you:

  • Are diabetic with damaged feet or peripheral neuropathy. Diabetics with damaged feet can have reduced sensation in their feet and not have a normal awareness of extreme temperatures.
  • Are Pregnant - especially in late stages of pregnancy as an increase in core body temperature can be dangerous.
  • Suffer from heart disease, circulatory problems, high/low blood pressure, or Kidney Disease.
  • Are taking anticoagulants, antihistamine or other drugs. Customers should seek advice from doctor.
  • Have consumed a heavy meal or alcohol within 1.5 hours.
  • Have recently exercised - allow time for body temperature to return to normal.

Do not use Spa Pool if you:

  • Are diabetic with damaged feet or peripheral neuropathy. Spa Pool can affect sensitivity in that insulin may be absorbed more quickly with the possibility of causing hypoglycaemic
  • Are Pregnant
  • Suffer from heart disease, circulatory problems, high/low blood pressure.
  • Suffer from infectious skin diseases, sores or wounds. It is possible that customers suffering from the above can pass the infection onto others. This excludes non-infectious complaints such as psoriasis and eczema.
  • Suffer from an illness causing an inability to perspire.
  • Are taking anticoagulants, antihistamine or other drugs.
  • Customers should seek advice from doctor.
  • Have consumed a heavy meal or alcohol within 1.5 hours.
  • Suffer from any other relevant conditions.
