We don’t offer personal trainers as such, but as a Vitality member you can avail of a tailored programme suited to your fitness abilities and needs.

Classes are suitable for a range of fitness abilities including beginners. Please let your instructor know before the class starts if it is your first time attending or if you are returning from a break from exercise. 

Yes. There is free car parking available for all patrons at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex. 

Hairdryers are provided on site - cost is 20p

Yes, 20p is needed for lockers and it will be returned after you have finished with your locker. 

12yrs old to 14yrs old can use the gym on their own up to 5pm and with parent after this time.

Yes, all new users must pre-book an induction, which will be charged at standard casual rate.
