Do you offer Personal Training? We don’t offer personal trainers as such, but as a Vitality member you can avail of a tailored programme suited to your fitness abilities and needs.
Do I have to book the gym? No
Who are classes suitable for? Classes are suitable for a range of fitness abilities including beginners. Please let your instructor know before the class starts if it is your first time attending or if you are returning from a break from exercise.
Is parking available at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex? Yes. There is free car parking available for all patrons at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex.
