Party bookings can be taken from 1 calendar month in advance, with reception available to take the booking from 9.30am in the morning for Monday – Friday parties.
The Tumble in the Jungle Party package is available for online booking for Saturday and Sunday parties.
Photography is prohibited in pool areas. For Tumble in the Jungle, a photo pass may be requested - this requires a form to be completed, ID shown and a £5 pass deposit to be paid.
Food can be purchased via the on-site café (Sinnamon). Customers may bring the birthday cake and party bags (and baby food if applicable), no other food to be consumed on the premises.
A party room will be provided as party of the Tumble in the Jungle package.
For groups of 20 or more children attending a Leisure Pool Party, a room will be provided free of charge. For groups of under 20, room hire fee is applicable.
Kicks & Splashes & Sports Package - room hire fee is applicable.
