Below is a short guide to assist customers with the online booking system.

LEISURE POOL BOOKINGS

Online booking opens at 7am, 7 days in advance of the date you wish to book.

To book a session, visit the online booking system.

Step One:

• Go to Activity
• Select your chosen activity from the drop down menu:
  • For slide sessions – select ‘Leisure Pool slide sessions (1 hr 20mins)’
  • For parent/guardian and toddler lazy river sessions – select ‘Lazy River Parent/ Guardian & Toddler session’
  • For Disability Friendly sessions on Tuesdays, select  ‘Leisure Pool Disability & ASD Friendly (Tue)'

Make sure to tick the ‘Display fully booked sessions’ box as this will show all sessions for your chosen date and the availability of each.

Step Two:

Select your chosen date and click ‘search’. Please remember, booking opens 7 days in advance so if you select a date outside of this window, sessions will not be displayed.

Step Three:

A list of all sessions for your date will be displayed.

A traffic light colour system is used to advise of availability (red = fully booked, yellow = limited availability, green = availability). The number of available tickets are shown to the right of the screen.

Step Four:

Select the session you wish to book and follow the online screen instructions to complete your booking.
