Booking Instructions - Summer Programme

1 - After reading the instructions carefully, click the pink 'Book Now' button to book via our online portal.

2 - You will be brought to our online booking system. The booking system will open in a new window so you can refer back to the instructions.

HOW TO GET TO THE BOOKING SCREEN

3 - If you have an account already – membership or casual user – Log In.

4 - If you are a new casual user choose CASUAL SIGN UP
(note – email address can only be associated with one account)

CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

5 - Create new account will appear, please fill out required information:

HOW TO SEARCH FOR A COURSE

6 - Once you have logged in or created an account, On the right hand side select 'Make a Booking' a menu will drop down and you should then select 'Sports Courses

7 - Filter - choose option eg. SUMMER SPORTS PROGRAMME or search by course name

HOW TO BOOK

8 - Choose your course choice from the list by clicking on the course

9 - Select participant
NOTE YOU MUST MAKE THE BOOKING UNDER THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT IS ATTENDING.

If your participant is not already showing in the drop down choose CREATE NEW CONTACT and complete the required information and once complete press CREATE.

10 - Choose participants name from the drop down box.

11 - Complete the required health and consent form.*

PAYMENT

12 - Once complete – Click ADD TO BASKET (bottom right) from here you can pay or choose to add more items.

1. Check course details and price
2. PAY: tick to confirm terms and conditions and click PROCEED TO PAYMENT
3. If you want to book more choose - BOOK ANOTHER COURSE: Book another – search for sports courses
