Following the announcement by the NI Executive on Thursday 19 November, all Vitality gyms will close on Friday 27 November.  Customers can continue to pre-book the gym, outdoor bootcamps and swim sessions up until Thursday 26 November.

Have you downloaded our Vitality App?

Our new Vitality App will allow you to book classes and activities online and you can also find out up-to-date information on timetables, activities, opening hours and locations. To download the Vitality App simply:

  • Visit App Store or Google Play and search for 'Vitality Member'
  • Follow the instructions to download the appropriate version of the app for your phone/tablet
  • The Vitality logo icon should appear on your screen
  • You will initially need to log onto your account

  • Do I need to live in Lisburn & Castlereagh to become a Member?

    No anyone can become a member!

  • Who is entitled to a concession membership? Persons who show evidence of being 0ver 60, Under 18 years, or who are in full-time education, disabled or in receipt of specified benefits.
  • Do the children in a Household membership have to be related?

    No, but they do have to live at the same address.

  • How many children can be included in a Household Membership? A maximum of 5 children (0-17 years) can be included as long as evidence is provided that they live at the same address.
