  • What is the temperature of the 25m pool? The 25m pool is kept at a temperate of 29.5°C. 
  • Are you allowed to use the Leisure Pool or 25M Pool if you have a cast on your arm or wrist? No, the general advice for people wearing casts would be to avoid swimming altogether and other activities that would cause the cast to get wet. 
  • How long will it take to process my membership? Memberships can take up to 3-4 working days to process. Once your membership has been processed you will be contacted via telephone or email. 
  • How do I cancel my Vitality Membership? To cancel your membership please email- vitality.membership@lisburncastlereagh.gov.uk

  • How do I contact the on-site café? (Sinnamon)

    02892 672 276 or email jjcinnamond@gmail.com  Please note all catering must be paid for in advance of the party
  • When can I book my party?

    Party bookings can be taken from 1 calendar month in advance, with reception available to take the booking from 9.30am in the morning for Monday – Friday parties.

    The Tumble in the Jungle Party package is available for online booking for Saturday and Sunday parties.
  • Can we take photographs?

    Photography is prohibited in pool areas. For Tumble in the Jungle, a photo pass may be requested - this requires a form to be completed, ID shown and a £5 pass deposit to be paid.
  • Can I bring my own food?

    Food can be purchased via the on-site café (Sinnamon). Customers may bring the birthday cake and party bags (and baby food if applicable), no other food to be consumed on the premises.
